![]() ![]() or else I am going to hate my new build with skittles RGB. I just build a new setup with a Ryzen 7 5800X, X570 AORUS ELITE motherboard, LIQMAX III ARG cooler and two 16GB Crucial Ballistix Gaming Memory. Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 detected as advertised the motherboard and the Ballistix memory so that I can control all the LED's. I was pretty disappointed about the fact that the software's control over the Ballistix memory doesn't work. The software detects the memory modules correctly but is unable to change the colour cycle that they are running from the first moment I turned the pc on. No matter what I do with the RGB Fusion software it doesn't change the Ballistix memory colours. It was pretty discouraging since I now had to test the different components to see if they work okay separately on other systems or make a claim at the vendor. ![]() BUT thanks to your comment I also installed ASUS Armoury Crate and I can now control the colour of the Ballistix modules. I have always liked the Gigabyte motherboards, but I must say that this is a big fault on something that just should work and that Gigabyte is making a lot of noise about in their advertisements. It is embarrassing that ASUS software can do something on Gigabyte motherboards that Gigabyte software can't. ![]()
